RETURNS POLICY

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged or worn will not be accepted.

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).

You have 14 days to return your order back to us for an exchange or refund. Any goods returned outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for shipping service.

Once your return has been accepted, we will process and issue your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please email us at info@kitchclothing.co.uk or call the store on 01892 513613 to ensure that we have the item you wish to exchange in stock.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for shipping service.

Once we receive your item(s) back, we will ship the exchanged item(s) to you promptly. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive damaged or defective item(s), please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a repair, replacement or refund.

     

    ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellation Process:

    To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email within 14 days. Please state your order number and the reason for cancellation.

    If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will initiate the refund process to your original payment method after we receive your item(s) back. Your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.

    Order Modification:

    If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately at info@kitchclothing.co.uk or call the store on 01892 513613. Once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to modify your order.
