STANDARD UK DELIVERY - £5.95
A tracked and signed for service, with a 2-3 working day delivery aim. If you order after 3pm or over the weekend, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY - £8.95
A tracked and signed for service, with a next day delivery aim. If you order after 3pm, your order will be dispatched the next working day. If you order after 3pm on Thursday, you will receive your order on Monday.
NEXT DAY SATURDAY DELIVERY - £13.95
If you would like to receive your order on a Saturday, you should select our Saturday delivery option before our cut off time of 3pm on Friday.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully below to ensure a smooth return process. This returns policy applies exclusively to purchases made on our website and does not extend to any purchases made in-store

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged or worn will not be accepted.
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
You have 14 days to return your order back to us for an exchange or refund. Any goods returned outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for shipping service.
Once your return has been accepted, we will process and issue your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Once your return has been accepted, we will ship the exchanged item(s) to you promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or defective item(s), please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a repair, replacement or refund.
